The value for money was great, I got a comfortable room with a clean bathroom. The location was perfect, just a 15-minute walk from the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The morning meal could have been improved with better coffee.

Double bedroom under rooftop with poor air-conditionning, large and empty single bed room with two small size (80cm/31 inch-wide !) singles not quite suitable for an adult, small bathroom, hotel spread out over a few different buildings, with rooms, pools and breakfast all on differents premisses. All in all, poor value for money for a hotel outside Budapest and probably better options available nearby.

We loved the hotel's location in a quiet neighborhood close to the vinecells of Szépasszonyvölgy. The hotel facilities are fantastic: we enjoyed the huge outdoor pool with a bar, the saunas, steam bath, and indoor swimming pool. The hotel's cleanliness is also commendable, and the staff was really nice and friendly. We liked the fact that we had lactose-free milk available at breakfast.

Quiet, great spa, located in a beautiful park unfortunately the first booking made was refused because of credit card problems, after this incident my credit card was blocked by the bank; the reason why is not clear until now;

The swimming pools at Hotel Villa Volgy Wellness & Konferencia were fantastic! We loved the indoor and outdoor options, especially the beautiful outdoor pool surrounded by the stunning garden. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Additionally, the hotel's location in a serene valley near the Szépasszony Völgye wine-tour was a major highlight. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

It's proximity to the wine cellars. Also, it's located on the outskirts of Eger. The hotel spa is nice. The restaurant is good for dinner. Breakfast is excellent.

The breakfast is varied and tasty, offering a good start to the day. There are several facilities available such as a swimming pool and sauna for guests to enjoy.

The wellness area is disappointing and not properly taken care of, according to some guests' reviews.

The hotel had a large and comfortable room with friendly staff and good facilities. The fitness suite and pool were barely crowded, and the food at the restaurant was delightful. The hotel’s location is convenient to many attractions, and the local wine selection was pleasing.

The spa area was being renovated during our stay, which made it disappointing. some dishes were too salty for our taste.
